PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored building board and a manufacturing method therefor, enabling a ridge section and a valley surface to be clearly color-coded, facilitating manufacturing, and reducing costs. SOLUTION: The colored building board 1 has an uneven-pattern colored design surface composed of the ridge section 14 and the valley surface 15 formed between the ridge sections 14. The valley surface 15 has a pattern-valley color different from the color of the design surfaces except the valley surface 15. The pattern-valley color is generated by a pattern-valley coating 2 transferred to the valley surface 15 when the colored building board is molded.
