PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method of cut-down plants and a grass protection sheet produced in the disposal process capable of effectively disposing of a plant such as weed or the like bringing up on a slope or a field to prevent the slope or the like from thickly growing weed or the like again caused by the cut-down plants. SOLUTION: The plants are cut into pieces to make biodegradable chips, the chips are held between two biodegraded sheets 12 and 12 to form the grass protection sheet 10 by fastening the chips between both of sheets 12, and the grass protection sheet 10 is laid on slope, field or the like.
