PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which enhances the compatibility of a polyester thermoplastic elastomer with a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer to improve the mechanical properties such as tear strength, breaking strength, and modulus and reduces a fluctuation in melt viscosity to obtain excellent extrusion characteristics, and a hose using the same which has high breaking strength and, simultaneously, excels in flexibility. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for extrusion comprises (A) a polyester based thermoplastic elastomer, (B) a polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer, and (C) a thermoplastic elastomer comprising a diene copolymer having an epoxy group in the main chain and an aromatic vinyl content of 40 wt.% to 60 wt.% and, at the same time an oxirane oxygen concentration of 0.5-4.0 wt.%. The hose is obtained by lining a cylindrical cloth with this thermoplastic elastomer composition for extrusion.
