PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for construction work suitable for a back filling or landfilling material, developing no consolidation phenomenon, causing no ground subsidence and capable of easily crushing at repair work. SOLUTION: This filler for construction work includes a hard foamed resin such as hard polyurethane foam, cement, and aggregate that is added when necessary. The hard foamed resin content of the filler is about 10-90 vol.%.
