PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filing equipment and a file employing the same capable of finishing the file while pinching a cover body employing components constituting the filing equipment. SOLUTION: The file 10 is constituted of a cover body 15 equipped with a back cover 11 at the intermediate area of the same and the filing equipment 16 arranged in the area of the back cover 11. The filing equipment 16 is constituted of an outside filing equipment forming member 24 positioned at the outside of the back cover 11 and an inside filing equipment forming member 25 positioned at the inner surface side of the back cover 11 to pinch the back cover 11 between the outside filing equipment forming 24. The outside filing equipment forming member 24 is provided with filing feet 31 penetrated through plectrum-shape holes 17 formed on the back cover 11 and positioned at the inner surface side of the cover body 11 while the inside filing equipment forming member 25 is provided with filing feet 37 capable of forming a closed loop in conjunction with the filing feet 31.
