PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a data communication medium, enhanced in work efficiency markedly by preventing the opening of paper during a process to eliminate paper jamming or the generation of a defective product caused by the staining of printed data. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the data communication medium by integrating the data display surfaces of the paper S for the data communicating medium through a dummy adhesive medium under heating and pressure, the paper S wherein the dummy adhesive medium is interposed between the data display surfaces is pressed by first pressure rollers 22 arranged at first to be flattened and successively passed through the gaps between feed rollers 24, heater panels 23 and final second pressure rollers 25 falsely bonded in a peelable manner to be integrated.
