PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket for electronic equipment wherein application is easy, no double-faced tape is used, it is tough to water such as water proof property and moisture barrier property are not reduced even with strong cleaning, no gas having a detrimental effect on a member to be sealed is emitted, and it is cheap and workability is improved. SOLUTION: The gasket attached to a seal part of a casing and a cover of electronic equipment is characterized in that a seal material and a hot junction film are integrally layer-built and the hot junction film face is placed and hot-glued to a face to be glued of the seal parts of the casing and the cover of the electronic equipment.
