PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of attachment to a vibrating body and prevent internal water stagnation with use in a water splash-prone environment. SOLUTION: A dynamic damper 10 is attached to an outer cylinder 16 of an engine mount 11 when a projecting portion 38 of a base fitting 36 is pressed in a hollow portion 42 of a connecting fitting 40. An open end 44 of the connecting fitting 40 is sealed by the projecting portion 38, and a tip opening of the hollow portion 42 is Sealed by a closing member 46 molded integrally with the connecting member 40. Even when used in a water splash-prone environment, the hollow portion 42 of the connecting fitting 40 can be protected from water intrusion. An elastic member 52 of rubber elastically connects a mass member 48 to the connecting member 40, and covering portions 56 and 58 respectively cover the periphery of the connecting fitting 40 and the outer surface of the mass member 48.
