PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure for an exterior wall joint capable of surely cutting off water, shortening a construction term without using scaffold. SOLUTION: A wind barrier 4 is installed in the inner part of a vertical joint 2 between exterior wall materials 1, grooves 5 and 5 extending vertically are provided in the opposite faces of the exterior wall materials sandwiching the vertical joint space part in the frontward of the window barrier 4, and a dry rain barrier 6 is installed in the grooves by inserting its side edge parts. The dry rain barrier 6 has a projecting cross section in the joint opening side and a recessed cross section in the inner part side of the joint, and a wide drainage space portion 7 is formed between the rain barrier 6 and the wind barrier 4, so that the rainwater can enter into the drainage space portion 7 passing over the rain barrier 6.
