PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with enlargement of a harness board by effectively using a space between devices. SOLUTION: It is possible not only to easily cope with enlargement of the harness board 3 but also to increase the number of the devices to set since a clearance between the harness board 3 and the adjacent harness board 3 extends as a result of reduction of a distance between the devices as a working range of each of line X, Y sides is not limited by reducing a dead space required for turn-around carriage and continuing working until the harness board 3 reaches returning parts 1A, 1B as the harness board 3 is turned around and carried in a state where a working surface of the harness board 3 is constantly directed in the specific direction at the returning parts 1A, 1B.
