PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that reinforcement filler unevenly concentrates in a part of the inside of a hinge shaft or a void is generated inside the hinge shaft not to secure natural strength of a resin and to generate unevenness of strength of an arm head inside and to deteriorate strength of the arm head from lacking of even stress distribution characteristics when reinforcement filler such as glass fiber is filled in a formed resin material and is concentrated around the hinge shaft to reinforce the hinge shaft of the arm head. SOLUTION: A bearing part 11 receiving a drive shaft of a wiper arm, a pair of sidewall parts 12 extending from both sides of the bearing part 11 and hinge shafts 13, 20 put between a pair of the sidewall parts 12 and bridging the both sidewalls 12 and receiving an end part of the wiper arm are formed as one body. A hole from one sidewall 12 toward another sidewall part 12 is formed inside of the hinge shafts 13, 20.
