PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet propulsion-type planing boat having a steering means capable of steering in cooperation with a conventional steering mechanism in a jet propulsion-type planing boat capable of keeping the steering of the boat even in reducing the water jet amount from a water jet pump. SOLUTION: In this jet propulsion-type planing boat jetting the water and planing on the water surface by its reaction force, steering members 1 are mounted on both gunwales of a transom board T rotatably at a predetermined angle to provide a state of increasing the resistance with the water and a state of decreasing the resistance with the water, a tip of a connecting member 2 having a joint 2A made of an elastic body at least on its curved part, is integrally turnably connected to a rotating shaft of the steering member 1, and a basic end of the connecting member 2 is connected to a steering nozzle 18 through a coupling member 7.
