PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply synthesizing a crystalline microporous material such as zeolite without eluting a water-soluble component from a precursor at crystallizing, and an implement for one. SOLUTION: A solid crystalline microporous material precursor containing an nonvolatile structure-directing agent component is brought into contact with a superheated steam. This manufacturing method is characterized in that the pressure of a superheated steam to be used is 0.2-4.0 MPa and the temperature is 1.002-1.2 times as the boiling point (Kelvin scale).
