PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to forcibly send a fluid material such as the richly mixed mortar and concrete having a low slump value at a long distance to the fissured or cracked spot of the hardened mortar or concrete owing to the shrinkage when hardened or to the place such as a ceiling part of a tunnel where the initial strength is requested when sprayed. SOLUTION: The fluid material such as the richly mixed mortar and concrete which has the low slump value and is manufactured at a manufacturing plant 1 is transported to a spraying site by a truck mixer agitator car 2, thrown into a fluid material pumping device 3 having a press-injecting/agitating unit and forcibly sent by the device 3 through a fluid material forcibly sending pipe 4. A setting agent and air are forcibly sent through a setting agent/air forcibly sending pipe 5 and merged with the fluid material by an air/fluid material merging and forcibly sending device 6. The fluid material is sprayed while being set in the middle of the forcible transportation through an air/fluid material forcibly sending pipe 7. |
