PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity regulating building material, having excellent absorbing and releasing properties of moisture, flame retardancy, fire resistance, being light weight, and having excellent design-ability. SOLUTION: The humidity regulating building material comprises a base material which consists of 15-50% gypsum dihydrate, 15-50% hydraulic materials, 5-25% diatomaceous earth having 10-100 μm grain size, 10-15% perlite and 4-8% organic reinforcing fibers, an air permeable sealer applied on one side of the base material and a sealer having properties of humidity resistance and waterproof applied to the otherside. |
