PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an airbag module, capable of speedily inflating and spreading an airbag, even if a module holder, together with the airbag module, is assembled to the inside of a hollow part provided on the side part of a back pad. SOLUTION: Stretching flange parts 42a-42d facing outward from the open ends of peripheral side walls 40a-40d are provided, and fragile and weak parts 43, 44 for rupturing are provided at least at both corner parts facing the front part side of a seatback. In addition, a module holder 4 reinforced by a metallic plate 42c to embedingly mount at least a frontward stretching flange part 42a facing the front part side of the seatback among those stretching flange parts 42a-42d is provided. |
