PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet suitable as an adhesive for electronic parts, and polycarbodiimide which has a low elastic modulus and a high heat resistance is obtained. SOLUTION: This polycarbodiimide copolymer is shown by the formula, and its production method and a sheet composition which is made of the same are provided. (In the formula, k shows an integer of 0-30, m shows an integer of 2-100, n shows an integer of 0-30, R1 shows a 2-10 C alkylene group, R2 shows an aromatic diisocyanate residue, R3 shows an aromatic monoisocyanate residue). |
