<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately provide a large amount information through easy operations. SOLUTION: A carrier reproduction processing part 10 sends an information signal read out of an external record carrier 4 to a reproduction signal processing part 11 to reproduce data representing, for example, navigation information. The reproduction signal processing part 11 outputs the reproduced data to a bus 3 and transfers them to a recording information control processing part 40 of a navigation device 2. The recording information control processing part 40 sends the data received from the bus 3 to an operation control processing part 42 through an input/output control part 42. The operation control processing part 42 generates management information for recording the data read out of the external record carrier 4 in an internal recording part 13 that a record carrier reproducing device 1 is equipped with. The operation control processing part 42 controls the recording information control processing part 40 for recording the data read out of the external record carrier 4 and the management information in the internal recording part 13. Consequently, navigation information can be provided by using the data recorded in the internal recording part 13.</p> |
