METHOD FOR PRODUCING FORMED ARTICLE HAVING COMPLICATE SHAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet process for forming an article having a complicate shape in high efficiency. SOLUTION: A slurry having a Canadian standard freeness of >=550 ml is supplied to a mold having a mold cavity corresponding to a form obtained by developing a part of the objective formed material having complicate form. Water used as the medium of the slurry is removed through small holes of the forming mold to deposit the fine component of the slurry incapable of passing the small hole in the forming mold to obtain a wet formed material. The formed material is dried and the developed part is raised to obtain the objective material having three-dimensional shape.
