LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lubricating oil composition which has high viscosity index, excellent low-temperature fluidity and lubricating property and has little change in the viscosity and in the viscosity index due to shearing. SOLUTION: Dicarboxylic acid ester in an amount of 10 to 80% expressed in the general formula R-O-CO-(CH2)n-OC-O-R' (wherein R and R' are each an 8-18C alkyl group; R and R' can be identical or different; and n is an integer of 4-13) is blended with polyorganosiloxane containing an aryl group.
