PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front window opening/closing device eliminating the possibility of the generation of curl-up of or damage to the seal of the front window, particularly, of the lower end thereof. SOLUTION: The front window opening/closing device allows the front window 23 having the seal 24 at least at the lower end thereof to be press-engaged with the seal 22 installed around a window frame 21 from the inside of an operator cab. The front window 23 is slidably engaged with a guide rail 27, wherein a guide roller 26 supported rotatably by left and right pins at the lower end is disposed in such a manner as to be separated from the inner surface of the window frame 21 along the window frame 21 from the upper end of the window frame 21 to the vicinity of the lower end thereof and approach the inner surface thereof at the lower end. Additionally, the intermediate part 28 of the front window 23 is rotatably supported on the upper part of the operator cab by a link 29. Consequently, when the front window 23 during the opening thereof is separated from the seal 22 of the window frame 21, the seal 24 of the front window 23 is rapidly separated from the seal 22 by the bent guide rail 27 so as to escape being pried, curled up and damaged.
