PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper rubber fixing structure of a bogie for railway rolling stock capable of efficiently fixing a cushion rubber. SOLUTION: A bracket metal member 13 is fixed on a receiving metal member 12 attached to the cushion rubber 11 with a bolt 14 and a nut 15 so as to have a space. The bracket metal part 13 is inserted through an upper oblong hole part 17a of an opening 17 of a fixture wall member 16. Then, the whole part is displaced downwardly to engage an axis part of the bolt 14 with a lower groove part 41b of an opening 41. After that, a liner 44 is inserted into a space between the receiving metal member 12 and a fixture wall member 21 from an upper side. Then, the nut 15 is rotated by using a space wherein a central pin 5 is finally placed and the fixture wall member 21 is fastened and fixed in a state of the fixture wall member 21 sandwiched by the receiving metal member 12 and the bracket metal member 13, and the cushion rubber 11 is fixed with respect to the fixture wall member 21.
