PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device capable of washing and drying a brake part provided on a wheel of an automobile without fling up a great deal of dust. SOLUTION: This device includes a water storage tank 1, a supply pipe supplying water in the water storage tank 1 and high pressure air provided by an air compressor, a burner part 25 changing supplied water and high pressure air into boiling water and high temperature air by heating a heat collection part 30 formed in a part of the supply pipe, a center nozzle 16a and a tube shaped nozzle 16b formed around the center nozzle 16a, and has the supply pipe connected in such a manner of jetting out boiling water from the center nozzle 16a and high temperature air from the tube shaped nozzle 16a, and is provided with a jet nozzle 15 capable of jetting out boiling water and high temperature air separately or concurrently.
