PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum cleaner for cleaning a mixer drum by easy operation. SOLUTION: This mixer drum cleaner is composed of a drum 1 rotatably mounted on a vehicle, driving devices composed of a variable displacement pump 3 capable of adjusting delivery capacity for reciprocally rotating and increasingly-decreasingly rotating the drum 1 and a variable displacement motor 4 capable of adjusting capacity, a traveling engine 2 driving device for increasingly-decreasingly rotating the driving devices and a controller 6 for rotating the drum l according to a series of predetermined drum rotating speed patterns by adjusting the capacity of the variable displacement pump 3 and the variable displacement motor 4 of the respective driving devices and an engine speed of an engine 2 when inputting a drum cleaning signal U from a cleaning key 16 of an operation device 7. The rotational direction and a rotating speed automatically change in cleaning operation of the drum 1, and the inside of the drum 1 is cleaned by wash water.
