PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for starting washing and to prevent discomfort to a user by jetting washing water not reaching a designated temperature instantaneously at the start of use. SOLUTION: This toilet apparatus is provided with a conduit selector valve 9 for simultaneously passing washing water from a heat exchanger to one of a bottom washing water conduit 10 and a bidet washing water conduit 11 and a waste water conduit 12. By this arrangement, at the start of washing, washing water which does not reach a designated temperature in the heat exchanger is simultaneously passed through one of the bottom washing water conduit 10 and the bidet washing water conduit 11 and the waste water conduit 12.
