PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an adjusting material between a large frame and a reaction column so as to reduce a machining mounting cost of the adjusting material and to shorten a construction time. SOLUTION: In the lift-up construction method, the large frame 3 is lifted while clearances between both side faces of the large frame 3 and the reaction column 1 are kept small. A span of the reaction column 1 is widened until the large frame 3 reaches a predetermined position by operating a pressing jack 7 for tightly pressing a guide roller 11 to the reaction column 1 when the large frame 3 is lifted up to the predetermined height position, and after the large frame 3 is lifted to the predetermined position, a pulling jack 13 is operated so as to shrink the span of the reaction column 1. In this way, the span is regulated, and after adjustment of the span, the large frame 3 is directly fixed to the reaction column 1 in the predetermined position temporarily.
