SLIDING RAIL OF SEAT FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical strength of a sliding rail of a seat for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A fixing bar 3 is fitted in a reinforcing bar 11 made by extruding a light alloy. The reinforcing bar 11 is fixed on the fixing bar 3 by having a web 12 arranged by making contact with a web of the fixing bar 3, two sideway flanges 15 to hold in a flange 6 of the fixing bar 3 and a roughly groove type cross-section furnished with two lip parts 17 in such a way as to be accumulated on a lip part 7 of the fixing bar to be supported on the lip part of the fixing bar 3 by extending the flange of the reinforcing bar 11 itself. The reinforcing bar 11 is arranged on a rear end part 3a of the fixing bar 3 and extends in length shorter than one third of length of the fixing bar 3.
