PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse air residuals in a tire. SOLUTION: A cord arrangement 14 consisting of carcass cords 12 is coated with a topping rubber 15 to form a ply base body 16. On both the surfaces of the ply base body 16, a striated part 17 for dispersing residual air is formed, which is shaped like a lib or a groove and is continuously extended between two bead parts 4, the striated part 17 being formed in number from 1 to 10 lines per a standard length L1, which runs 20 cm long along circumference of a tire.
