PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of waste by mixing waste dust discharged from a steelmaking furnace into concrete. SOLUTION: The dust 6 which contains silicon dioxide as a principal component and is discharged from the steelmaking furnace 1 is mixed into the concrete obtained by using portland cement.
