SOLUTION: A plurality of inside clamp devices 14 connected to a rope body 8 by keeping an appropriate distance in each other are inserted to the inside of the existing embedded pipe 3, the rope body 8 connected to the inside clamp devices 14 is pulled out while clamping the inside of the embedded pipe 3 by the inside clamp devices 14 to pull out the embedded pipe 3 from under the ground by moving it together with the inside clamp devices 14. The attachment 9 is placed to the rear of the embedded pipe 3, the rope body 8 is connected to the attachment 9, at the same time, the new pipe is mounted, and the new pipe 11 is newly piped while pulling out the existing embedded pipe 3 from under the ground.</p> |
