摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bypass mechanism of simple structure and capable of inexpensive manufacture in order to prevent excessive compression in a scroll compressor. SOLUTION: A second communicating hole 31 communicated between closed operation chambers 22, 23 formed symmetrically before and behind a rotor disk is provided in addition to a first communicating hole 27 necessary for communicating with front and rear 25, 26 formed in the center part on the rotor disk 19 in the case of the scroll compressor 1 with both teeth. A bypass hole 29 is provided by exceeding the side wall 8 of a housing in a position substantially corresponding to the second communicating hole, and the operation chamber 23 closed in the rear side communicates with the bypass chamber 10 of the side of a discharge port 11. The pressure of the inside of the front and rear operation chamber 22 or 23 is in the operation state of excessive compression where it is higher than the pressure of the bypass chamber 10 since a check valve 30 is provided in the bypass hole 29, the check valve 30 is opened to avoid compression which is higher than the above compression.
