PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation adjusting means for fitting frame equipped with a locking function that can prevent the deformation or distortion of a fitting frame caused by the looseness of the adjusting means and, in addition, can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The installation adjusting means for fitting frame equipped with the locking function is composed of an installation adjusting means for a fitting frame and check members 31 and 48 which are formed separately from the installation adjusting means and prevent the looseness of the adjusting means. When the check members 31 and 48 are applied to the installation adjusting means after the fitting frame 3 is installed to a base opening frame 2 and the installed state of the frame 3 is adjusted by means of the installation adjusting means, a locking function is given to the installation adjusting means and the installation adjusting means for fitting frame equipped with locking function is formed.
