SOLUTION: In the adjusting mechanism of the traveling body in the travel device, which has a case 1 with an open surface, from which the housed traveling body 10 is exposed, the traveling body 10 with a slider 11 axially supported to a supporting shaft 40 built in the case 1 transversely movably and the cam member 20, which is arranged extending over the front wall 2 of the case 1 and the engaging hole 12 of the slider 11 and in which an operating section 21 is exposed to the front wall 2, and in which the traveling body 10 is moved transversely by rotating the cam member 20 by using the operating section 21, a center shaft section 25 projected to the center of the rear of the operating section 21 and a circular cam plate section 23 slidably engaged with the engaging hole 12, making a center shaft different from the center shaft section 25 at the front end section of the center shaft section 25 are provided shapedly to the cam member 20.
