PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a power unit on a vehicle body having a pair of frames having space narrower than a width with a required dimension of a mount bracket added to the dimension of the power unit itself by lifting the power unit from a lower side, in a mounting device to be used for portions suspended on a pair of frames when the power unit is mounted by lifting the power unit from the lower side between the pair of frames of the vehicle body. SOLUTION: The mount bracket 8 mounted on the power unit side is constituted of a base part 10 of a short dimension and an extension part 11 for extending the dimension of the mount bracket 8 up to a required dimension by being connected with the base part 10.
