PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire having the endurance for a normal driving and the sufficient load supporting performance for a flat tire driving while maintaining its function for a low mileage, the safety tire being producible and attached to a rim easily. SOLUTION: The safety tire, which has a tube provided with a reinforcement resin arranged along the whole circumference of the tube in a low inclined to the circumference direction, is attached to the rim to constitute an assembly comprising the safety tire and the rim, in which an inner pressure is filled into a pneumatic tire and the tube separately. While driving, the tube resist to a centrifugal force with the reinforcement resin to maintain a circumferential shape, by which a gap between the circumference shape and the inner surface of the tread is formed within a grounding area of the tread.
