PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact visualizing device which executes visualization showing a place of contact on the basis of a difference in contrast between a portion of close contact and a portion of non-close contact when an object comes into contact therewith and which has a simple structure and is inexpensive, and a writing implement using the same. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a transparent sheet 2, an irradiating means 8 for irradiating the inside of the transparent sheet 2 and a reflecting sheet 4 which is disposed opposite to the transparent sheet 2 with a space between and reflects the light emitted from the transparent sheet 2, in a manner of regression or diffusion, when it comes into close contact with the transparent sheet 2.
