PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mortar composition hardenable even at such a low temperature as <=5 deg.C and excellent in adhesiveness and durability. SOLUTION: The resin mortar composition is obtained by using an aqueous dispersion of a hetero ring-containing compound of formula (1) [where (n) is an integer of 1-10; X1, Y1 and Z1 are each O or S; R1 is the residue of a cyclic ether-containing compound (D) or H; and R2 is a 2-10C hydrocarbon group] and a polyepoxy compound, an amino compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms derived from amino groups in one molecule and cement.
