PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of temporarily fixing not to drop when inserting to a bolt. SOLUTION: An annular gasket G1 used for sealing between the bolt and its attachment comprises an annular holding plate made of metal and an annular rubber plate 2 with U shaped section attached to a surface except for an outer perimeter of the holding plate. A hole of the annular rubber plate 2 has an imaginary small cylindrical hole contact with a top of a convex thread 3 installed to a thickness direction equally spaced on the inside perimeter and an imaginary large cylindrical hole in contact with a bottom of a recessed groove between the projection 3, a diameter of the small cylindrical hole is a little smaller than a diameter of the bolt and a diameter of the large cylindrical hole is approximately the same as a diameter of the bolt.
