PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the rearrangement piping work of a concrete transport pipe, easily rearrange concrete transport, drastically reduce a construction period, and to place concrete uniformly with improved quality. SOLUTION: In the method and device for placing concrete 14 for secondary lining by using a traveling form 16 in a tunnel 12, a concrete transport pipe 20 to be used out of a plurality of concrete transport pipes 20 arranged at the traveling form 16 is connected to a concrete supply pipe 22 arranged at the traveling form 16, and then the concrete 14 is placed between the traveling form 16 and a wall surface 48 in the tunnel successively or simultaneously from a concrete carry-out pipe 24 being provided at several locations of the concrete transport pipe 20 to be used.
