PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating service water system for pool or the like minimized in waste of draining. SOLUTION: This system comprises a normal circulating passage 2 for normally circulating the water 1 in a water tank such as pool or the like through a filter 7 and an overflow circulating passage 3 for introducing the overflowing water to a circulating water tank 12 and then combining it to the normal circulating passage 2. When the water tank such as pool or the like largely overflows exceeding the capacity of the circulating water tank, new water is supplied by controlling the level of the circulating water tank to supply the water corresponding to the overflow quantity of the circulating water tank.
