PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional shallow and light garbage container 15 that in the case of pouring a large amount of water from a water tank the garbage container 15 is floated or by buoyancy of drainage temporarily accumulating in a drain container 10 or repulsion of air, or a water passing hole is blocked by a water curtain of drainage not to pass the water to cause shifting or reversing of the garbage container 15. SOLUTION: This garbage container C is formed by an anchoring ring 1 and a shallow bowl-type basket 2 fitted to the whole periphery of the lower surface of the anchoring ring 1, the bottom 201 of the bowl-type basket 2 is formed like a tray and provided with small holes 201a at rough spaces so that drainage temporarily accumulates, and the peripheral wall is provided with water passing holes 201 formed like a mesh.
