PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion method for joint sections of a sponge cloth used for a wet suit, dry suit, etc., and an adhesion-structure. SOLUTION: The adhesion method and structure are defined as such that, at a structure of sections of the sponge cloth laminated with clothes on one side or both sides of a sponge sheet, a butt-adhesion is performed using an adhesives prepared by combining a tackifying resin of 0-20 mass parts by solid- content conversion and a polychloroprene-based latex of 100 mass parts by solid-content conversion, and the structure is secured by the method.
