PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole aromatic polyester carbonate, wherein a yellow index of molded sheet having a thickness of 2 mm, is below 20, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The whole aromatic polyester carbonate is characterized in that this polymer contains the whole aromatic polycarbonate, having a specific constitutional unit, of 3-45 mol%, to the whole aromatic polyester having the specific constitutional unit, and further the concentration of a hydroxy group terminal, an aryl group terminal and a carboxylic group terminal, respectively in this polymer, satisfies formula (1):≪hydroxy group terminal≫/(≪hydroxy group terminal≫+≪aryl group terminal≫+≪carboxylic group terminal≫)<=0.9 [wherein,≪≫shows the concentration (mol/t) in the polymer in formula (1)].
