PURPOSE: A method for operating a deteriorated blast furnace in a high productivity is provided which not only stabilizes a temperature of the surface of charging materials but also enables increase of productivity and long term use of the blast furnace by forming a softening fusion space capable of activating gas flow inside the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The method for operating a deteriorated blast furnace in a high productivity is characterized in that a softening fusion space(2) capable of activating the gas flow inside the blast furnace is formed by a method comprising the steps of controlling a rotation chute(12) so that at least 6 or more tilting angles per notches from the center of the blast furnace are taken; supplying coke(32), large ore(34) and small ore(36) into the blast furnace by controlling an ore amount so as to form a layer thickness capable of maintaining a uniform ratio of coke to ore in a radius direction inside the blast furnace, wherein an ore amount control valve is controlled so as to control and supply the ore amount which is distributed in a flat layer form of about 0 to 25 degrees of an angle; and overlapping 3 or more of notches of tilting angles of the ore and the coke so that charging is completed.
