PURPOSE: A prefabricated bathroom with a soil pipe and a drainpipe installed between a slab and a waterproof plate and a lowered bathtub sill is provided to intercept the transmission of noises and to make the old and children coming in and out conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated bathroom comprises the steps of installing a soil pipe(9) and a drainpipe(11) between a floor slab or a ceiling slab and a waterproof plate(5a) and installing a bathtub(15) by descending a bathtub part of the waterproof plate(5a), so that a bathtub sill(15') is lowered.
