PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel manufactured at low cost and having superior rigidity and design and to provide a governor box having superior workability watertightness, and design. SOLUTION: This wall panel 10 is constituted by attaching channels 15 around a metal cut plate 10a and each panel 10 is connected using connecting fittings 17 by sandwiching a seal material 25 in a part of the channel 15. This governor box 1 is wholly assembled in a plant using the wall panels 10, vertical louver units 11, door units 7, and roof panels 6, carried to a site by a truck and the like, laid on a foundation 13, and fixed to anchor bolts 20, thereby completing the construction. As a result, this box 1 is assembled in the plant and the respective parts can be perfectly connected and sealed so that the quality can be improved and the construction cost can be reduced.
