PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anchor technique, by which a degree-of-freedom regarding the directionality of tensile force to an anchor is extended and which can correspond simply and properly in response to the direction of tensile force, working through object members connected to each anchor. SOLUTION: The flexible wire anchor 8 is inserted into an anchor insertion hole 4 formed in a ground 3, and at least a part is anchored onto an unmovable layer 5 composed of a hard geological section such as a baserock while the upper section of the wire anchor 8 is executed under the state in which it is bent in the direction of tensile force. A curved guide member 6 is installed to the upper section of the anchor inserting hole 4, and the curvature of the wire anchor 8 is guided. The inside of a pipe inserted into the ground 3 can also be used as the anchor inserting hole.
