PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a driving-in and pull-out device, to reduce noises and to conduct both driving-in and pull-out. SOLUTION: A high-frequency vibrator 13 is covered doubly with an inner case 10 and an outer case 8, a selectively fixable operation changeover pin 18 is installed between the vibrator 13 and the outer case 8 or between the inner case 10 and the outer case 8, and a chuck member 31 capable of pinching the upper end of a driving material can be mounted selectively to the vibrator 13 or the inner case 10.
