摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring the reaction of a mechanical element capable of making the measuring device compact by making it unnecessary to separately mount a vibration exciter or a force detector on the rotating body side or static side of this device, precisely measuring the reaction of the mechanical element by covering wide range driving conditions, and flexibly changing the boundary condition of the outer peripheral part of a test piece. SOLUTION: Magnetic bearing units 27 and 29 to be feedback-controlled are mounted, and an excitation command signal from an excitation signal generator is impressed to the control system of those respective magnetic bearings, so that the magnetic bearings can be independently used as vibration exciters. This reaction device is provided with a force detector equipped with an arithmetic means for calculating a dynamic load acting on the respective magnetic bearings as an electromagnetic force generated by those respective magnetic bearings, from signals from a detecting means for detecting the control currents of the magnetic bearings from a power amplifier for the magnetic bearings, and a displacement detecting means for detecting the displacement signal of a rotor through the signal amplifier from a displacement sensor 45 for control. Thus, a reaction generated by a mechanical element to be measured in response to electromagnetic excitation forces generated by the magnetic bearings can be measured in a non-contact state.
