PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition suitable for a powder coating, excellent in weather resistance as well as chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: An epoxy resin composition consists of (A) an aromatic epoxy resin which has a 4-18C aliphatic hydrocarbon group as a subustituent on an aromatic nucleus, and (B) a polyester having a carboxy group as essential components.
